2 the ones who are trying 2 lose that weight I have the perfect diet that I’ve done several times. Its the oatmeal diet: You only eat oatmeal 5 times a day every 3 hrs. Small portions will help cut down the cravings & I assure you will lose the weight! I’ve lost 13 lbs in 10 days of the diet. All u eat is oatmeal & drink plenty of water. Give it a try for a week and lose some of those pounds from the holidays.
