Who or what ever it is that a leader values most in his life is where his decisions will be based on.  It will be for their well being than his own.

If we choose to behave in a manner that alludes us away from disciplinary actions and only seek to better ourselves, it will influence our support network in a very positive way and possibly expand our support network.  But if we’re to behave in a way that will cause us to be housed in the SHU (special housing unit, for any disciplinary infractions) consistently, then there might not be a support network for long.

Everyday is an opportunity to prepare for a successful life in society.  A person needs to be fully committed to his goals, requiring he takes steps in that direction and nowhere else irrelevant to his goals.
