97. Describe your thoughts on whether accountability logs would help, hinder, or provide indifferent to your opportunities for success upon release.

Physical fitness training can add years to a persons life.  In the process of training towards their fitness goals.  Keeping an accountability log can help them keep track of their daily and weekly performance.  In addition, it can also assist them in taking notice of their physical progress as they move further along in their training cycles.  As an individual who strives to meet their peek physical fitness abilities.  Daily log-ins must comprise up of exercise repetitions, strength increase, running lap quantities, body weight and total body fat percentages. These are all effective areas to take notice of towards your fitness goal.  Accountability logs can also be utilized for educational purposes too.  By keeping track of college credits earned, various books read or classes completed throughout incarceration.  This could help an individual after they’ve been released back into the community.  By using previous references that have been annotated into their accountability log.  They can transfer their accomplishments onto a resume for future employment opportunities.  Furthermore, as they’re back in society, they could utilize their fitness log references towards helping others.  They can create a variety of different fitness curriculums for other individuals who are motivated in meeting their fitness goals as well, for helping others up, won’t ever pull you down.

98. In what ways will probation officers respond to efforts you’ve made at documenting your values, goals, and commitment to preparing for a law-abiding life upon release?

I’d like to state that I look forward to meeting with my probation officer.  As we first meet, I believe that first impressions are lasting impressions.  So I strongly anticipate he’ll have a strong and guardedly optimistic outlook towards my committed effort in documenting the progress of my goals and values.  This may also give me a jump start on the earning of his respect.  In addition, I will properly express the values of honesty and accountability as well as demonstrating strong professionalism, especially throughout my course of probation.  I believe that the way to gain a good reputation is to endeavor to be what I desire to appear.  So as I progress forward in earning his trust through my hard work and dedication in living my life in accordance to good conduct.  He will look upon me to be a man of great value and ready to live a law-abiding life as I’m released from probation.

99. Elaborate on ways that full transparency with regard to your prison adjustment through accountability logs can influence potential employers or support networks.

By the full transparency of my adjustment to incarceration and referencing accomplishments through my accountability logs for the users of the Internet and support networks.  Others will take notice of four positive key points.  The first key point is responsibility.  Regardless of the fact that I conducted a criminal act as an active duty service member.  I did the right thing and took full responsibility of my actions.  The second key point is dedication.  While trapped with the mist of imprisonment.  I dedicated my time to create and follow strong values and positive behavior. Also, I dedicated my time to avoiding all unnecessary behavior that comes with the prison lifestyle and wouldn’t allow the system to corrupt me.  The third key point would be accountability.  While approaching the culmination of my criminal behavior with objectivity.  I took accountability of my actions without blaming others for my actions.  I addition, I made the decision to take action on preparing my life on progressing forward towards cleansing my life of all criminal thinking and all criminal behavior through the creation of goals and values.  The forth key point is positive change.  Although things turned out the way it did.  I put forth the effort and initiative on discovering ways on progressing towards positive change.  For this reason, I knew that things only turn out best for me if I make the best out of the way things turned out.

100. Describe the role accountability logs played in their success:

There are several prisoners with in my institution who currently utilize accountability logs.  One is my bunkmate who is an amazing marathon runner.  Over the coarse of his incarceration.  He has documented his nutrition intake and his weekly running performance.  The information that he inputs includes his run-times, amount of laps, and set goals.  In addition, he keeps track of his daily and weekly carbohydrate and calorie intake.  Although I can’t disclose his name due to confidentiality.  He is a 60 year old man who makes it his goal to run 30 miles, on every Friday.  His nickname is “The Rabbit.”  Another individual who I work with who keeps an accountability log on what he accomplishes at work.  This includes what lawns he attended to and what flowers and plants he’s planted for the day.  Even the plants that dies.  The man is an excellent gardener and always strives to find new ways on how to improve the lives of plants.  This is a great example of strong work ethics.

101. How do universities evaluate which students to admit?

There are many universities across the United States that rely on accountability logs.  They evaluate area’s such as; past grades and grade point averages (GPA), overall attendance, health and wellness and past test scores.  In addition, they’ll evaluate any other area’s that distinguishes an individuals character.  Accountability logs help to assist universities on what a potential student can bring to the campus.  Most of all, it determines if the student qualifies or doesn’t qualify for entree of the university.

102. What information do creditors consider when deliberating on whether to extend loans?

Creditors across America rely on accountability logs.  This includes the real state industry, bankers, mortgage lenders etc.  An accountability log may comprise of past and current credit scores, credit history, delinquent payments, account balances and so more.  They rely on the continuous tracking of these figures for the purpose of the trust and accountability of the account holder.  This will declare whether or not they qualify for a loan extension.

103. What governs investment decisions that people make?

An individual will make an investment decision on something they’ll agree on utilizing to their benefit.  They’ll first need to come to terms if it will benefit them in a positive way in a short term time period or long term.  This is why the utilization of accountability logs becomes important.  For example: In the world of physical fitness there’s also muscle enhancement supplements.  By consistently monitoring your daily exercises, while using a brand of a muscle enhancement shake, 3 times a day.  You continuously keep track of your weekly strength increases and weight gains for a period of four weeks.  A month later you look into experimenting with a different brand of a muscle enhancement shake which is less expensive and tastes better.  However, throughout the course of only three weeks you’ve discover greater results in this product.  Now you’ve made the investment decision

104. How do your responses to the above questions support or refute the value of accountability logs?

All of my responses support accountability logs for the purpose of self-improvement and self-reference.  As I continue to move forward, one day at a time towards my release date.  I will consistently monitor my weekly performance.  If I’ve taken notice of an issue that may render beneficial to my progress in personal growth.  I may look into making an investment decision on utilizing it to further my chances of a more successful transition back into society.
