Steven Dybvad – Personal Journal Entry – August 2, 2012

I’ve been doing very well at sticking to my list of things to accomplish each day.  It gets easier every day that I stick to the program.  I finally feel like an official Straight-A-Guide member in full force.  It’s exhilarating to finally take substantial steps to improve my life for good.

Since I’ve left the county jail, I’ve lost around forty pounds already.  I’m consistently losing weight and I’m doing it in a healthy, life style changing way.  I’ve been paying attention to what I eat for some time now, but now I’m able to job on the track for an hour and half each day and walk to meals instead of having them brought to me.  I feel much better, healthier and more energized.

When I spoke to Justin on the phone he suggested I read “Earning Freedom” before the other books because it had a lot of information on high security prisons like the one I’m in.  He said it would help.  We had so much to talk about that I didn’t have time to tell him that I already started the book “Triumph” and the “Straight-A-Book”.  I needed to finish reading it and I have so that I could complete my book report while it’s still fresh on my mind.  Not to mention that my one associate/friend was already reading “Earning Freedom”.  He’s finished with the book and he said it was a great read.  I anticipate reading it very soon.
